Is their a prestige mode in bf3?

After you hit a certain level , can you prestige?
if not whats the level cap?



Answer: There is not prestige like there is in the Call of Duty Series but below is how the leveling system is setup for Battlefield 3.

The highest numbered rank is 44. The 45th rank will turn back to 1 and your insignia is now a gold Eagle. From here each rank takes a much longer time. For example what you might call Eagle 1, ranking to Eagle 2, takes about 4 times as long as 44 - 45. The highest I have seen so far is Eagle 38.
