What Level do I have to be In Battlefield 3 to get the Laser Sight or the Tactical Light?

I've just started playing Battlefield 3 and im desperate to know how far I need to get to the these 2 things!

Answer: You don't need to level up for your character to get the attachments for guns. you need to level up for each specific gun. in the bottom right corner you will see a line that shows how far you are in the leveling progression for the gun. you need to kill with that gun to get the line to go farther. you usually get laser sight and tactical light after you level up with the gun 3 or 4 times.
