What level in Battlefield 3 do i have to be to get the Famas?

I've been playing BF3 and I am getting very annoyed with the people with the famas so i want it so please can you tell me what level I need to be? Get More Help with Battlefield 3 Here

Answer: This weapon is the first unlockable assault rifle of the expansion pack (for the assault class) and can be obtained through the completion of the assignment "Best Friend Forever" containing the following challenges:

Performing 10 revives
Performing 10 heals
